The roots of City Church stretch back more than 80 years when were known as "Glad Tidings Tabernacle", based in Fortitude Valley in Queensland, Australia. In 2007, we made the exciting move to brand new premises at 35 Thompson St, Bowen Hills.
Pastors Wayne and Lyn Alcorn have been pastoring and leading our church since August 2000. With the addition of our Logan campus in July 2008, We have seen God's great grace and favour in this time as we have grown from a church of fewer than 200 to a strong large soul-winning church of over 4,000.
