If you are 18-30(ish), Vibe young adults is one of the best ways you can connect in City Church. Vibe exists to be a movement of young adults strong in our identity and strong in community.

We see life as a journey – a process – not just a series of events. We take a relational approach to our core church values – worship, connection, discipleship, leadership and mission – because we believe developing quality relationships is much more important, than cluttering up people’s lives with events. Our focus is on seeing the young adults of City Church journeying together in connect groups meeting on a fortnightly or weekly basis. Our major aim for this year is to see 50 or more connect groups effective within the Young Adult community, connecting hundreds if not thousands of people across the greater Brisbane area into City Church.

Throughout the year, we also meet for social nights like the bush dance and Vibe Ball as well as the annual Vibe Getaway. Along with our connect groups, these times are a great way for us to celebrate life together as one big unified family and just have fun, hang out and get in touch with God.

We also engage with other areas of our church to participate in mission down the street and around the world. We are involved with Red Frogs Schoolies as well as local universities and student colleges where we facilitate coffee crawls, bush dances, board games nights, x-box tournaments and heaps of pancake eating!
